Ambivalence Flows On

5/8/2018

Fisherman returns,
Gliding birds
Across the river top
And bending curves.
Fish are free,
Prisoners to
Their own curiosities.

The ambivalent river sees,
A blind eye turns;
Rucksack, jacket,
Socks and boots,
Cold weather wear;
Casting arms,
Catch the look
Jaw the hook.

Dinner table pleased.
